The actual work began the next morning with a crew of 4 showing up promptly & with DONUTS! They did a thorough & skillful job (even did a couple extra tasks I requested & cut the grass as a BONUS).

I believe in recognizing outstanding service.
Billy [Ducharme], owner of Island Concierge, provides the “Nordstrom” customer service on South Whidbey.
Not only can he clean a roof, fix a generator, or cater a wedding; no job seems too little or too big.
Billy gets it done, with great customer service, competence, and he will probably bring you a latte as he begins his work.
His competence, his ownership of his work and his ethics are beyond exemplary.
